Q. How do I become a member?

There are several membership options for Corporate and also individual members.
We have paid Corporate Membership for the private and not for profit sector.
For Individual Membership see the options below.
Paid Membership – We have three membership categories to recognised professional Directors and support professionalism of the sector.
1. Fellow – Experienced Director with Senior CEO and or Board Chair experience.
2. Graduate – Have completed the IoD – Saudi Arabia Directors Course or other equivalent courses and has experience in a Directors role.
3. Member – Have completed related studies and is currently in a Director or Assistant Director or equivalent role.
Our fees are the lowest in the world and all members get access to a range of benefits including discounts to all services including events and consultancy, access to updates, and other benefits.
Q. Do you provide student membership options?
Yes, we support students to join IoD – Saudi Arabia for free and be part of the director and corporate governance community.
In addition to student memberships, we also provide free Associate Membership.
Associate membership is for anyone who support the IoD – KSA and agrees with our core values, mission and vision.
Student – studying any governance and related courses.
Associate – anyone with an interest in Corporate Governance.
Q. What events does IoD - Saudi Arabia provide?
We are launching a series of events highlighting the current issues in governance, compliance, and risk management.
In addition, our members will be invited to events organised by other governance bodies within Saudi Arabia and globally.
