Any leading IoD graduate member who has held Chair, C-Suite or Senior Director role for at least 3 plus years.

Is required to have an interview and have provided evidence of national leadership as a Board Director, Csuite or Sernior staff member in the Corporate Governance area.

For any Graduate of the IoD KSA Governance Course or a Diploma or other recognised governance qualification plus has at least two years in any C-Suite, Director, Board or Corporate Governance role.

For any person who has at least 2 years Director or Deputy Director experience.
